new toy

i've been feeling rather ill these couple of days..
took mc on mon..
perhaps due to lack of rest..
dun ask me why..
cos i have no idea..
haven been preparing for my upcoming exams..
neither did i go anywhere in particular..
other den the movie marathon on 19th oct..
perhaps that shd b the reason ba..
or rather.. age is catching up on me??
but.. so fast?!
saya onli 22 this yr leh..
dunno.. i just noe i needa lotsa slp..
and i realli mean LOTSA LOTSA LOTSA slp..
even typing out this post makes me slpy..

alright.. enough of digression..
movie marathon was good..
except for this unhappy event that took place..
cos of some irresponsible ppl..
aye.. forget abt it.. not onli spoils my mood..
poor dar still gotta bear with my attitude..

watching 6 movies in a row was no joke!

but i didnt waste food either..

Repeal Penal Code 377A?

was reading the Today newspaper on one of the mornings when i saw an article of this petition to repeal the penal code s377A..

"Outrages on decency.
377A. Any male person who, in public or private, commits, or abets the commission of, or procures or attempts to procure the commission by any male person of, any act of gross indecency with another male person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years. "

simply put.. it just means that it is a crime for a man and another man to have sex whether privately or publicly.. and anyone found guilty for such offence may be sentenced to jail for up to 2 yrs..

this has.. in fact.. created much of a hoo-ha..
with much people being puzzled why such act exist to stop Gays from having sex but not Lesbians??
makes me recall for my lecturer always like to joke abt..
saying,"Spore is a very FAIR country.. even FAIRER for the women population.."
cos there's the existence of the Women's Charter..
interesting isnt it?

I'll be v keen to see how the entire petition thingy will go on..
and if our Spore Gov will indeed repeal this section of the Penal Code..

for those who are still unaware of this..

you may wanna sign it as well if u stand up for it..
which i might most prob b doing..
but before that..
mayb some discussion with hubby dear =)

dar dar's 22nd!

HAPPY BDAE TO MY BELOVED DAR!!!!

today's my dar's 22nd bdae..
had been celebrating his bdae since sat..

went ta kbox..
yes! just the both of us..
but not in the v least boring..
dar even sang this song that tickled me hell lot!!
it's this song by the name of 猛男日记 sung by 小猪.罗志祥..



rather chicky song written in a funny way..
haha!!

i had planned as a surprise for him..
but guess not much of an effect..
he's just too smart for this..

also tried the cineblast which was marvellous!
but to my opinion.. the pricing was a little too steep..



also watched the songs of the sea..
which is along siloso beach..
i can vaguely rem my last time watching the musical fountain..
this is sth similar..
however.. i believe it is more magnificent that the one i watched when i was..
say.. in pri sch?
simply adore the effects darn lots!
shall grab another chance to visit there one more time..
hopefully with the company of mao mao and yang yang..

we met up with mao and yang for dinner @ PS..
they treated us to 翡翠..
awww.. how nice of them..
food was pretty gd.. but felt the pain for their pockets..
